A Pilates Gift Voucher is an excellent gift idea for anyone that you think may enjoy Pilates. Gift Flexible One-to-one (£55) - for one to one on zoom or usually at home or the Hyndland Physio clinic. The gift pass includes a 'aches and pains' question and answer session pre session, a small booklet explaining the benefits of pilates, at home exercises and an explanation behind each of the pilates moves that I teach.

Gift 3 One-to-Ones ( £145 at the Hyndland Clinic or home or work place or online through Zoom) - allows the receiver to 3 one-to-one sessions which can be arranged for their place of home or work within a reasonable distance from Glasgow West End. Each session lasts one hour and includes a personal work out plan. Mats and stretch bands provided. Beginners or intermediate moves available.
